Cancellation Policy
Workshop Policy & Terms – Mocha Butter Co. Booking & Payments: Full payment (or deposit, if applicable) is required at the time of booking to reserve your seat. Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellations & Refunds: All class sales are final. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the class start time to receive credit toward a future workshop. No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Late Arrivals: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled. Classes begin promptly at the scheduled time. Participants arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be able to join once instruction has started and will not receive a refund. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Credits may be applied to a future class within 60 days. Group or Private Bookings: Private group sessions (birthday parties, team-building, etc.) require a minimum of 5 participants. A deposit may be required to secure your private date. Age Requirement: Participants must be 18 years or older unless otherwise noted. All Materials Included: All supplies, tools, and ingredients are provided for use during the class. Each participant will leave with their finished product and class handout. Health & Safety: We work with hot wax, oils, and fragrances — please dress comfortably and avoid loose sleeves.
